Hey,My name is Jan Michael.I am looking for male roommate to share my townhouse with in Citadel NW I’m clean, organized, and easy going. I work in a medical lab.The bedroom that I’m looking to rent out is close to one of the bathrooms. So, you can use that and you’ll share it with my other roommate (I have one in my room). There’s also a 1/2 bathroom downstairs.The house is pretty much furnished and the room being rented out has a bed in it. I do have WiFi and cable and that’s part of the rent. The kitchen, living and dining room will be a shared space.The basement is not developed yet but I have a couch and a treadmill in there.
