The upper floor temporary 3 bed room accommodation could be rented by a single party, which can be from full time working couple or a small working family with a baby or 3 female students jointly renting or a small family/couple visitors to Calgary. Depending on location of the university/college or the length of renting period, if 3 students are to rent, the rent could be negotiable. The rooms or property will not be used for any commercial use or any work at the residence.
