Hi! My name is Mel, and my roommate Leslie and I are looking for a new roomie (preferably female) to fill our vacant medium bedroom as of today! We are 26 and 27, both visual artists, and would love for you to have a creative background as well! I own 2 cats, and Leslie owns 1 cat, and all 3 are delightfully friendly and sweet. We are willing to accept at most one more cat into our home :) Some info about our home: -50 ft from pool and gym -In Birdland area (< 2 mi from both Mission Valley and Convoy) -Garage + Driveway space included -In-unit washer and dryer -Dishwasher -Large open-concept community space, furnished by yours truly :) -Your room will be ~ 16 ft x 12 ft, with great natural lighting and a full wall of closet space with mirror sliding doors! -You would be sharing a large bathroom with Leslie (I live in the master).
