The property itself is a 2 bed, 2 bath condo with a half finished basement (unfinished part has a washer/dryer and room for storage) and has a small deck off the kitchen. Pets permitted, just have to be respectful of neighbors of course, and I have a cat so they must get along with cats as well. The room is unfurnished but Common spaces are furnished. If you need a furnished room that can be negotiated. The home is right off of highway 315 just north of 270. Safe, quiet residential area with sidewalks to walk a dog if you have one; Kroger, Trader Joes, restaurants, Zoo, Clintonville’s eclectic mix of independent boutiques between 5 and 11 minutes away, and Polaris shopping center about 15 minutes away.
