I’m easygoing, responsible, and really value a clean, peaceful home.The available bedroom is private and fully furnished, with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space. In-unit laundry and high-speed internet, and it’s conveniently located close to bus stops and about a 10-minute walk to the train. Utilities are included, except electricity that is to be shared 50/50 (average $35 per month).I’m hoping to find a single female working professional (no couples or children) who doesn’t smoke (including cannabis), doesn’t have pets, and appreciates a quiet home with no overnight guests.
