Private room with its own bathroom in our West Adams co-living house, a short hop from USC. The room comes furnished and ready to move into, and all utilities plus WiFi are included in the rent, so there is one number to budget for and no surprise bills. Move-in takes the first month, a one-time $350 move-in fee, and a valid ID. No credit check and no deposit, so this works if your credit is not where you would like it to be yet. The lease is month to month, so you are not signed into a year you are not sure about. Laundry is in the house. Parking is street parking, right by the house. Our residents are a mix of students and working professionals. We are not able to accommodate pets. Tours run Monday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm. Equal Housing Opportunity.
