I’m looking to transfer my lease ASAP, so move-in for the remainder of August is available, or you can start September 1! Your portion is $1,480/month and the bedroom is SHARED with one roommate. You would have your own private bathroom attached to the bedroom and your own closet, so while the bedroom is shared, you still have your own bathroom and personal storage space. The room is the first bedroom shown in the video :) The apartment itself is gorgeous and has: * Stunning river views from both the bedroom and living room * Marble countertops + full kitchen with stove and refrigerator * AC + heating with maintenance onsite * 24/7 doorman * Elevator * Beautiful courtyard with sweeping river views * Downstairs resident lounge * A wonderful, clean, and comfortable building/community The location is also incredibly convenient: * Bus stop directly outside the building * Easy access to the 6 train * Building shuttle to Grand Central & Penn Station * Ferry to Brooklyn right nearby * Multiple medical offices within walking distance * Tons of restaurants, cafes, and places to go nearby * Very close to Baruch College I originally took the apartment because I loved the building and location so much, but my work commute ended up being much farther than I expected, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lease.
