The applicant must already be living in Canada.This is not airbnb.This wonderful 1200 sq. ft. 4-bedroom condo with 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom that will be shared with myself and my dog.You will have a private room with a lock but everything else is shared. I have one dog however I cannot have any more animals. I work as a Therapeutic Assistant-Behavioural Therapy and also run a small business owner. I don't smoke and no smoking will be allowed within the unit (outside is fine but not my backyard or front yard ). I do not wish to have any smoking of cannabis within 500m due to allergies.I am a Japanese woman who speaks both English and Japanese fluently. Because this is a shared home, I appreciate someone who is considerate with strong fragrances and scented products.I am looking for a room mate who is responsible, clean, tidies up after themselves and is ok with a large dog. The condo association rules are enforced therefore must be willing to follow the guidelines without exception. For example noise after 11:00pm is not allowed.It is a 2-story south west facing townhouse with a small backyard. The bedroom has a double bed. There is a small desk, a closet and dresser within the room. Laundry area is in the basement. You will share the living room, kitchen, bathroom and dining area with myself. In addition, you can keep your winter or summer tires in the garage.The location of the building is in the Grandin area which is the South Eastern part of St. Albert allowing for easy access to Edmonton. There is a bus stop close by and a small shopping centre within walking distance. A larger shopping centre is a 2 minute drive or a 25 minute walk.The price is a fixed fee price that includes electricity, natural gas, internet, water, trash, etc... but does not include cable. There is parking outside on the parking pad in front of the garage.
