Hi all! We are three full-time students/working professionals looking for housemates to join us in a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom end-unit townhouse. We are a clean, social group of roommates looking to connect with like-minded people and share our space! :) The house is in a walkable area close to Fisher/Meadowlands, with multiple major bus routes and stops nearby. Uottawa/Algonquin College are both easily accessible by bus, and Carleton University is accessible on foot. We have one room available, furnished with a double bed and a dresser which can be removed on request. The bedroom is 10x9 feet, with a large closet and plenty of natural light; Rent is 875$/month, completely all-inclusive (utilities + high-speed internet)! The house is freshly renovated, including a new and fully equipped kitchen, fully decorated common areas, in-unit laundry, a private backyard, and a parking space available for a small additional cost.
