Furnished 1 bedroom 1 bathroom within a shared home available for rent. <br />Shared use of kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, fenced backyard. <br />Bathroom is shared with guests, expectation to keep it clean as well as cleaning after self in other shared areas. <br />Bring own cookware but can use dishes long as wash them after. <br />Furniture is provided but bed linens towels won't be. <br />Can use existing washer/dryer in place, just use own detergent preferred dryer items. <br />No animals as already have 2 cats living in the home (must be ok with cats!).<br />Yard maintenance included with rent. <br />Existing roommate works from home during the day so must be courteous of that keep noise level by that office space down. <br />Water included up to $100 on bill electric up to $250 on bill. If water goes above $100 on a bill or electric goes above $250 on a bill then tenant would pay 1/3 of the amount over. <br />$800/month rent.<br />$800 security deposit.
