Move in Date: May 1st, 2026 In search of a Roomate who will share my beautiful house with Me and My Other Tenants :)My partner and I are working professionals in our mid 30’s, with two very affectionate and loving cats. I have four other roommates, two sharing the top level and a wonderful couple in the basement area. The two upstairs Roomates are working professionals in their 20’s, and the couple in the basement are also working professionals in the late 30’s. It has a barber, subway, Goodlife fitness, Atb, Scotia bank, sobeys etc.We would prefer: A working professional with a full-time job/careerNon-Smokers (it just doesn’t fit our lifestyle)Non-drug users * Unfortunately, we already have two pets, so just ours is what we will stick with :) In need of referencesMore about the Landlord you would be living with:We are very clean when it comes to the main floor and we enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy, especially the kitchen as it is a very shared space :) we don’t keep dishes out and make sure to clean them on a daily basis. We enjoy music, board games, social gatherings, parks, hiking, biking, and love being active.
