This 2 story home is charming and inviting with cathedral ceilings in the living area that lets in lots of light and has plantation shutters. The open concept makes the home feel even larger than it is. The kitchen is updated with all wood cabinets, built in pantry, large breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless appliances. Oak wood floors stream through the entire upstairs where there is a wonderfully large master bedroom (room a king sized bed) with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet and access to attic storage. 2 additional bedrooms are upstairs and share a hallway bathroom. A step or two down from the kitchen is either a 4th bedroom, game room, family room or den. This bedroom has a half bathroom in it and a tripple sliding door that opens wide into the back yard and directly to the paver patio. The paver patio lines the entire back of the house, is two levels and even has a fire pit. The shady banyan tree makes any time of year feel a bit cooler and you can walk underneath it all the way until you reach the dock complete with electric, a boat lift and incredible views.
