Looking for a working professional and/or student to move into our fully furnished basement. The basement includes a queen size bed with sheets, comforter, pillows, bedside table, towels, bathroom mat, a couch, a desk and chair, a reading nook, a large electric fireplace, a private fridge, all utilities and wifi, annnnnd a garage parking spot, etc. This is a shared rental, with three other bedrooms. There are brand new washer and dryer units on the second floor. Looking for a tenant that is cleanly, adventurous, and looking for a little roommate family.The space:- will include a large comfy couch and large dining room table/ chairs perfect for socializing- the kitchen bar has 3 fully functioning SWINGS (how cool is that?)- living room faux fire place that produces heat- living room TV and gaming complex- large deck, patio furniture, and BBQ, great for socializing- street parking or the basement suite comes with a spot in the garage- personalized shelving units in the fridge, pantry, and entryway for each roommate- small quirky cocktail bar in living room nook- 15 minutes to the airport- 20 minutes to downtown Calgary- 45 minutes to the mountainsThe vibes:-1 of the roommates is a welder really sweet and down to earth, down to meal prep and go to the gym-1 of the roommates is an EMT/ firefighter also really cool-1 of the roommates is a student but super down to hang out- all of us are around mid twenties, cleanly, considerate, up for activities, and roommate dinners- we love hiking, baking, biking, kayaking, canoeing, camping, boardgames, basketball, crafting and more, whatever your niche is I'm sure you'll fit in- house rules for all roommates in order to be considerate of everyone plus keep the house clean and hygienic, we also have a chore bored each roommate is expected to contribute to, it is a first come first complete type bored which you sign off on what you have helped out with- if your interested in roommate nights, roommate holiday celebrations, and occasional baked goods this is the place for you- looking to create a warm and welcoming environment that will be your new home away from homeIncluded in rent:- wifi- heat- electricity- water- street parking/ or garage spot- fully furnished bedrooms, living areas, kitchen- mop- vacuum- washer/ dryer- dishwasher- fireplace- community centre access: basketball courts, tennis courts, boardrooms, table tennis, etc.-there is a fee that all the roommates pitch in to cover shared items and cleaning supplies, this fee is $25 a month which you would contribute to the shared items which the landlord has taken off from each of the tenants rentIf you have a small caged pet or beloved fish let us know, we are open to a discussion on that.
