Sapphire mid 30’s (they/them) Spa lover, plant parent, chickadee feeder & event crew extraordinaire.This duplex is a quiet sacred space that is well loved. It has a shared bathroom upstairs, kitchen, living room, dinning room and laundry room. It is in a great location that is two blocks from the Bow River biking/walking paths. There are two main bus stops close to the house that take you to AUArts, SAIT, MRU and U of C. A thirty minute walk to the Kensington area. We are LGBTQIA2S+ friendly.
