The unit itself is straightforward: 1,185 sqft, in-unit washer/dryer, walk-in closet, balcony, stainless appliances. Not flashy, but genuinely useful. Pools, gym, the standard amenities that make sense without being performative. They occasionally run SMART Housing pricing on select floorplans if you qualify—worth asking about.
