There is access to the ocean if you would like to put in a canoe or kayak 100 feet from the front door and access to a beach only a three min walk from the house. Additionally there are five restaurants located within a 5 min walk from the front door. Put in a kayak or canoe at the ocean access point only a few steps from the front door or put in a boat at the dock less than a mile from the house. Enjoy a quiet day on the beach five minutes walking from the house and have some ice cream at the ice cream shop across from the beach.
