Hey everyone! Myself (22 M) and two other roommates (Both F) are looking to fill a room in our 4 bedroom house in Outer Sunset! The house is located in a safe neighborhood and very close to all bus routes and hwy 101. The room would share a bathroom with the two other roommates (F). The room has direct access to our backyard and has a driveway for parking as well as storage space in the garage where the laundry is located. We would like to sign a year lease starting June 1st. Move in can be as soon as May 18th. Rent is $1,250 +100 for utilities. Reach out if you're interested!
