It is close to lots of amenities, Franklin train station is a 10-minute walk from the unit; Home Depot, Safeway, and Walmart are also within walking distance. The unit is across from a large park. The landlords will not allow any more animals in the unit. A little about me as I will be sharing the space; I am a huge nerd, and the undeveloped basement houses a large table perfect for board games and tabletop gaming.
