A small (108 sq ft) room with shared use of living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The apartment is on the ground floor of a two story building. About a 15 minute walk from the 57 bus line and the downtown Forest Grove dining area. Right next to Pacific University. The complex allows cats or registered support dogs with a $25 per month addition to rent. I'm fine with either kind of pet but don't have one myself. There is no smoking allowed in the building but there is a covered smoking area across the nearby parking lot. The $600 rent covers water and garbage. Electricity and optional internet are extra. I will be in this apartment through January of 2025, after which I'll probably move. I rent it on an annual lease which renews at the end of January, but any roommate I have can rent the room on a monthly basis.
