The basement rent is $1275 plus 40% of utilities while the upstairs is $375 more plus 60% utilities. Earliest availability April 17th or after. Price is negotiable if you do need the room to be re-painted. 1-year-to-start ONLY. Terms shorter than 1-yr will not be considered.
