Heritage Flats is situated in an up-and-coming area of SW Edmonton, South of the Anthony Henday and close to main public transit routes. The 6-storey apartment building is within walking distance of local schools, restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and pharmacies. Each suite at Heritage Flats boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, in-suite laundry and a balcony or patio.
Heritage Flats will be managed by Leston Holdings and we are now renting for December 15 or January 1.
All 2-bedroom units are $983/month.
The security deposit is the same as the rent.

Heat is included in the rent. Power, Water, Parking, and Tenant Insurance are paid by the tenant.
Surface Parking rates range from $35-$100/month. There is no underground parking at Heritage Flats.
We allow cats and dogs with a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 plus a monthly pet rent of $25/month for cats and $50/month for dogs.
All dogs need to pass a pet interview before being approved.
Heritage Flats is designated as affordable housing and follows the income threshold guidelines set by the City of Edmonton.
The maximum annual income is below to rent a unit at Heritage Flats. Please note that these will be reevaluated annually.
