I'm looking for someone interested in filling the other room in my condo (available as early as May 1st). It's an upstairs 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit conveniently located at the intersection between Goleta and Santa Barbara, and it's just minutes away from the beach and UCSB! This spacious (989 sq ft) condo has tile floors, carpeted bedrooms, an updated bathroom, dual pane windows, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, full-size kitchen appliances (refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, garbage disposal) and sliding glass doors that open to a private lit balcony and a beautiful mountain view all this for $1700.
