I am a grad student at the University of Alabama and my cousin and I are looking for someone to sublease our 3 bedroom apartment. The lease is done by room so the third bedroom is open and we could take one or two other people for our leases. The apartment has great amenities including a large pool, gym, library, computer room, theater, and full sized Lake. There is hardwood flooring in the downstairs and carpet upstairs. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is a bathroom downstairs as well. There is an enclosed wooden deck that overlooks the woods so the apartment doesnt face anyone elses so there is some privacy. All Pets are allowed and my cousin and I are non smokers so there is no smoke residue. I am will to pay all subleasing costs and some of the rent each month. The $595 monthly rent includes all utilities and cable and internet. I can leave my full sized bed if the lessee needs furniture. The apartments are stand alone cottages in a gated community under five minutes from UA campus.
