Hello!Up for rent is our downstairs Large bedroom with a Private bathroom. The room is semi-furnished but can be completed upon request or even emptied to occupy personal items. We are in the process of adding a TV and completing a living room downstairs for extra comfort. There is a Large deep freeze and spare fridge downstairs to use as well, plenty of space! The only time the upstairs occupants (Land lords) would need to be downstairs is for the deep freeze and laundry room.The room and bathroom seem dated but are very cozy and quant. The pictures don't do it justice. We are also currently in the works of updating and doing reno on parts of the basement to update it and make it feel more modern.Both of the land lords currently are pilots. Gone majority of the month but also available by phone for any needs. Both young guys in their mid 20's and easy going.Rent is $1000 + utilities and wifi. (Utilities and all would average to be 200-250 split amongst everyone)We have an array of kitchen appliances and dishes to use. We are very easy going as long as the common areas are maintained and cleaned up after. We also have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Crave, and other accounts on the living room TV.Ideally looking for a full time worker, fellow pilot, or student.
