I am looking for a clean, quiet, non-smoking, no pets, employed individual to rent the extra bedroom/bathroom, and share the kitchen and living room area in my condo. The extra bathroom is technically shared too, since this is where the washing machine and dryer are located. Otherwise, I have no reason to use the bathroom as I have an onsuite bathroom in my own bedroom. The home is a two-and-a-half-ish bedroom unit with one bathroom. The unit has in-suite laundry and a small backyard. Non-smoking of any kind in or around the unit. It is close to lots of amenities, Franklin train station is a 10-minute walk from the unit; Home Depot, Safeway, and Walmart are also within walking distance. The unit is across from a large park. The landlords will not allow any more animals in the unit. A little about me as I will be sharing the space; I am a huge nerd, and the undeveloped basement houses a large table perfect for board games and tabletop gaming.
